This website does not process payments or complete purchases. Invoices are issued separately according to the accepted scope.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to funding agreements, financial records, and relevant staff, and to confirm that you have authority to share those materials. Delays in providing files may extend timelines.
Intellectual property
Website content remains our property or that of our licensors. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to you for internal organisational use unless otherwise stated in the scope. You may not republish our working papers as your own product.
Confidentiality
We treat client documents and findings as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or authorised by you. You agree not to share our draft findings externally until a final pack is issued, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our services support your organisation’s compliance preparedness. They do not replace legal advice, statutory audit opinions, or funder determinations. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
