Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to program seats purchased under a written Cloudbaseddatatools invoice or enrollment confirmation. Informational prices on the website are not invoices.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the cohort has not started and no program materials beyond the public syllabus have been issued to you.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: unused seat, request within 7 days, cohort not started. Partial refund of 50%: withdrawal after start but before completion of Module 2, when materials access can be revoked. After Module 2 begins, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Custom Multi-Region Ledger design workshops, completed private coaching hours, and third-party venue or travel costs arranged on your behalf are non-refundable unless we cancel the service.

Refund process

Email info@cloudbaseddatatools.digital with your invoice number, learner name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Cloudbaseddatatools

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for transfer or goodwill credit outside the standard windows; decisions are made case by case.
