Modules

  • 01

    Portfolio risk mapping

Rank branches by cash intensity, prior exceptions, and staffing volatility before you open the app.

  • 02

    Sampling without theater

Design sample sizes that defend themselves in HQ review; avoid opening every drawer “for optics.”

  • 03

    Evidence Capture Studio

Photo, PDF, and naming standards that keep attachments searchable months later.

  • 04

    Exception taxonomy

Align severity tags so provincial and metro teams grade the same way.

  • 05

    Closing Conference Lab

Deliver findings to branch managers with composure and a complete trail.

  • 06

    Post-visit file hygiene

Close the pack so another auditor can reopen it without decoding slang.

Learning outcomes

  • Produce a pre-visit brief that fits a 40-minute standup.
  • Capture evidence that meets internal audit reopen tests.
  • Apply a shared severity model across multiple provinces.
  • Facilitate a closing conference without improvising severity mid-meeting.

Learner notes

“Module 4 finally stopped our Gwangju and Seoul teams from inventing parallel severity labels.”

Strong on daytime visits. If your network relies on overnight cash counts, plan extra internal SOP work—the course flags this but does not fully solve it.

FAQ

Do you teach a specific software vendor?

No. Exercises assume a generic financial auditing app for branch finance inspections. You bring your own screens; we coach judgment and file structure.

How long does the flagship take?

Most cohorts finish in six weeks at three to four hours per week, plus one redacted pack review.

What is a real limitation of this program?

We do not certify legal compliance under Korean banking statutes. Completing the course improves craft; it does not replace regulated attestations or licensed audit opinions.

Can we run a private cohort?

Yes—Multi-Region Ledger seating is designed for staggered provincial calendars. Start via contact.
